Meet our

COACHES & BOARD

One of the things that we value most, on the Houston Aviators, is team work! In order to properly develop great leaders and ball players, we must work together, allowing each of our strengths to shine while working together to overcome our weaknesses.  We expect our leaders and coaching staff to be just as coachable as our players, so that we can help lead our youth athletes to greatness.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PRESIDENT/CO-FOUNDER

PABLO GARCIA

Pablo Garcia co-founded the Houston Aviators with Todd Douglas in the spring of 2024, driven by a shared passion for developing young athletes and building a strong baseball community. With over nine years of coaching experience, Pablo is committed to helping players grow, both on and off the field. His leadership and dedication to the game are at the heart of the Aviators' mission to guide athletes toward reaching their full potential. Pablo is also a proud baseball dad - his son Nickolas play on the 9U Aviators!

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

COURTNEY WILLIAMS

Courtney Williams is the Administrative Director of the Houston Aviators and has been a part of the organization since day one! Engaged to co-founder  Pablo Garcia, she's been behind the scenes from the very beginning, helping bring the Aviators' vision to life. She loves seeing everything come together - on and off the field - and is all about making things run as smoothly as possible for players, families, and staff. Courtney's also an Aviators Mom. Her son Ryan plays on the 7U team, and you'll usually find her chasing around her energetic 3-year-old, Stetson

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

KAILYN YACKELL

Kailyn is our Communications Director and the glue that keeps a whole lot of things running smoothly around here. Kailyn and her husband, Ben, have been with the Aviators Organization since their founding. She’s also proud mom to two ball-playing boys and sweet baby girl: Neziah, who currently with the Houston Cougars, Ezekiel, who plays for our very own 10U Aviators, and baby Este. Kailyn somehow still finds time to coach CrossFit and run two small businesses. Whether she’s in the gym, at the ballfield, or managing the latest updates for the Aviators, she brings energy, heart, and a whole lot of hustle to everything she does. If it needs doing, she probably already did it.

COACHES DIRECTOR

BEN YACKELL

10U HEAD COACH

Ben’s world is centered around his amazing wife, Kailyn, two baseball-obsessed sons, Neziah and Ezekiel, and his beautiful daughter, Este. Ben and Kailyn have been with Aviators since their founding season, providing a helping hand wherever it was needed. With 14 years of combined playing and coaching under his belt, he brings big energy and a real passion for developing young athletes. He’s especially into the mental side of baseball, helping players level up their confidence, bounce back from setbacks, and think through the game like the pros.

TEAM REPRESENTATIVES

10U MANAGER
TILER O'DANIEL

Tiler is the 10U Manager for the Houston Aviators and brings over a decade of coaching experience to the field. He's serious when it’s game time, but off the field, he keeps things light with plenty of laughs. Tiler is a proud husband to Meagan and dad to four awesome kids: Kaison, Kendalyn, Braxton (a 10U Aviator himself!), and Taelyn. When he's not coaching, you’ll probably find him watching LSU football, cheering on his kids, or cracking a joke or two. He’s all about hard work, team spirit, and creating a positive experience for young ballplayers.
